Big Shrimp were very mushy and no seasonings. Crab had no seasonings & only a cracker to pick them with. Had to ask for a bib. Had to find our own wet wipes. The fish fillets were dry as my shoe! Arrived to property after 5:30pm to discover app process was redundant and I’d have to wait in line to check in at front desk, resulting in combined hour of my time wasted for check in. 「I depend on these reviews when I choose hotels or restaurants. For that reason I would want others to know the following. The hotel location is fantastic. This was the second time we stayed there. The rooms however are poorly maintained. The floors were dirty. The towels weren’t clean. The toilet wasn’t cleaned. I killed two roaches and saw two others. Until they get their house keeping in order I would strongly recommend finding cleaner accommodations.」

「The property was shady. The bathroom was dirty and was hair in the bath tub. The towels and pillows were dirty. Not worth the money that we paid. We were passing through and just needed a place to sleep for a few hours. When we brought up the dirty bathroom and they blamed humidity. The staff didn’t take my issue into consideration and had an attitude instead of trying to make things better.」
