「The property is stunning, taxi driver hard to find front door of it though, architecture is amazing from every angle, waited shuttle boat on the eastbank 2 times for about 1 hr long, breakfast staff not friendly, the rest of the staff are kind, rooms full of beautiful details.」

「The room was nice and bathroom was nice and clean, my problems were that the WiFi didn't work throughout my stay and due to my phone data not working, was unable to use my phone for anything my entire stay. I was also charged for the drinks in the rooms fridge which originally I was told I was allowed to have. I was also charged for grease/sweat stains on my pillow which is inevitable in a hot country. Won’t be staying again considering I wasn’t even compensated for the lack of WiFi. 」

「The location is great, just two minutes from the Luxor temple. Unfortunately, the room I got was dirty, below the bed was so much dust that I couldn't breathe properly. The soap dispenser are broken. My room was next to café/ bar where people talk until 3 AM, very noise, I had a hard time sleeping. The staff was ok.」

「We had a wonderful stay at this gem of a hotel in Luxor, run by the warm and welcoming Mohammed. 「Not safe for travelers. The manager is not a professional. At 5pm on Feb 22 Sunday, he banged on my door, in a hoodie, without identifying himself. He demanded $25 for airport tranfer. Then I realized this was the manager, one Bahaa. I asked him if that was him, and offered my hand. He merely said $25 dollars. The room itself is clean but very shabby. The linens are ragged.
