“staff is nice ！and room is very clean”

“The refrigerator did not work. They dont clean under the bed or couch.”

“We checked in. We were upgraded to a suite which was great! However, when we got in the room, we realized why they gave us this suite. The trash wasn’t emptied, the kitchen sink was broken and the bottom cupboard was missing. I spoke to a maid the next morning and asked if we could get clean towels and the trash emptied. She said it would be done. Nothing. We put the trash outside the room. It was still sitting there when we checked out. Disappointing ”

“Well we were upgraded to a better room #333.... 3 tv's would not turn on, at all. So we were switched to another #230. Okay no problems, understanding lady at front desk, came to our aid, but couldnt get any tv to turn on.”

“Nice hotel though a bit pricey due to a convention in town”

“The stay was nice, beds good. The parkade is hard to maneuver with a half ton, they do have oversized parking but it’s across the street. Parking was free. Front desk staff were fast and polite.”

“Love the play area for the children always accomadating…”
