“Hotel WIFI is terrible, I couldn't even watch a vedio by connecting to the WIFI. The room has very poor sound insulation. Starting from 9 am, I could hear loud noises from the cleaning staff pushing carts back and forth along the hallway. Breakfast is average level. In total not worth the price.”

“For $200 a night, I expected the basics to be right. The room should have had a working fridge and microwave, and that was disappointing. The best part of the stay was the front desk staff she clearly loves her job and made the experience much better. Her customer service helped balance out an otherwise frustrating stay.”

“Noisy Bathroom was built for s midget…sink was too low and zero counter space. Toilet was too low Shower had low water pressure.”

“The room was comfortable. However, the water would take time to go away in the shower and sink. The door to bathroom was broken and not too much privacy was left. I also wish that it was clarified at some point that you have to pay per person for breakfast. I take accountability on thinking that by selecting breakfast included options on hotels also included breakfast buffet “available” which is not “included”.”
