“The location is great and the room space is big enough for 3 people. Reception Amber is really nice and friendly, thanks for helping us get our room smoothly and early. Only onething we think can improve better that the schedule of house keeping is arranged not well. We back to our room at 2 pm then found the room not clean up yet, after that we get rest in the room around 30 minutes then waitress come. We told her we don't need to clean the room and want to stay here for resting, bur she said……

“We did not park at the 3rd night, but the staff insist on charging of the day. We just came back all the way from Big Island, and we didn't even rent a car, However we still had to pay it because of 7 days of parking fees had been charged in advance. Smells of the carpet could be improved”

“Stayed here for 2 nights before a cruise. Perfect location if you want to enjoy the best of Waikiki. Room has everything you need, and staff are all super friendly. The Denny’s and convenience store next door come in handy.”
