“The room pictures on the booking website did not match the actual room I stayed in. The room signal was poor, the wireless network was even worse, there was no light in the room, and it felt like living in a basement.”

“员工完全没有经过培训，非常没有礼貌。 第一天我按时到达，被告知房间还没收拾好，仅仅是告知，连句抱歉都没有，好像这是应该的。 5晚住宿只有一天客房服务（打扫卫生），这倒可以理解。但是如果不催促的话，这一天的卫生可能也没有人打扫。我催了两遍，才勉强打扫。 最后一天退房，前台居然没人。 总之，员工素质极差，完全不能匹配这个酒店。”

“It was a strange set up but it worked great for us. We didn’t see staff for more than a few minutes the entire week stay. No frills, for sure, but that helps keep the price down. Location is fantastic. Very close to the beach and we even had a little bit of a view! Parking lot gets full but we always managed to get parking. My kids loved the pool. Kitchen was well stocked. Having a clothes line to dry our stuff would’ve been a huge help. We used the balcony but the birds made a mess of some……

The kids enjoyed not just the pool on property but also the terrific slide next door at the Hyatt Regency available to guests also. “2间卧室的套房很适合2家人使用，如果还有单身一人的伙伴还可以睡客厅的沙发，总体来说这样均摊费用会便宜很多。和卡纳帕丽其他酒店的费用相比是非常便宜的。有厨房，烤箱，微波炉，洗碗机，锅具，刀具，连红酒开瓶器和披萨刀都有，完全可以自己做饭，非常好的家居体验。穿过高尔夫球场走到酒店自己的海边小屋很近，沙滩很好，就是浪比隔壁的喜来登大很多，如果浮潜还是走去喜来登吧。美中不足的是电视系统太复杂，一定要请服务员来调节才能找到电视频道。强烈推荐这家酒店！”
