「I always stay at the Residence Inn when I’m in Chippewa Falls. I had to work remotely last week, and it worked perfectly. Last week was also the first time I used the pool and was pleasantly surprised to find that or is a saltwater pool! As always, the staff are great, and the entire hotel is perfectly clean and maintained, They serve a full breakfast made from scratch. It’s really the best deal in town and the best service.」

「The room was clean, but none of the switches worked for the 3 lamps even though they had switches. It was all wired to the main wall light switch for the room. So 5 bright lamps or no lights at all were the only two options. The toilet made weird loud screeching noises with every flush. There were patches of white unpainted wall that were very noticeable due to the blue paint everywhere else. The hot tub was a good temperature and not overly chemical smelling but there's no directional nozzles...

「So clean!!! Hats off to the hospitality staff! I contacted the manager, who responded immediately and solved our minor problem. It was located overlooking a Marina, with lovely grounds.Everything was included and large enough to hold six comfortably (although we just had three + a service dog. EXCELLENT!!」

「 Everything was great. There 2 super minor things to critique. We ran out of hot water when showering with that many guys to shower after long day out hunting (we just staggered our showers over longer time frame for the second day) and there was loose step stone on the steps. But like I said great place, all of the guys look forward to renting this place for next year too! Thanks for letting us stay!」
