「The condo was very clean and comfortable. There was no humidifier and the light over the sink was out, but after calling the front desk they brought us a humidifier and fixed the light. The light over the stove top only worked on low. Everything else was fine and we enjoyed our stay. 」

「The pool, hot tub, and restaurant were closed. The hotel was under construction. I booked this place specifically for the pool for my 3 kids. Nowhere did it mention that the place was under construction.」

「Condo was great, a little tricky getting in on day one, tv in mbr didn’t work, luckily the living room did! Wasn’t a big deal, everything was great.」

「The unit was very dated. It is also odd that you walk into the bedroom, having to go through it to the sitting area/kitchenette. Our room adjoins another room, and we heard their TV and chatting until they went to sleep. That was annoying. The location and staff were phenomenal 」

「For people skiing crested, the ground location is amazing. It's right across from the Silver Queen and Red Lady lifts, so no complaints there. Also, there are a few restaurant options in the village, but with the free shuttle down to town every 15 minutes, the options really expand. A few things to note: 1. Stairs! Lots and Lots of Stairs. The unit is on the 4th floor, and then the main bedroom is an additional 2 flights of stairs above the main condo entrance. There is no elevator, so just be...

「I will start with the positive. We picked the property because of the amazing views from the condo! Condo appeared to be freshly painted , new floors but that is where it ends. When we had issues with parking, the management was extremely accommodating. Kudos to them. The closet doors were broken, the outdoor screens were broken, the freezer door would fly open when we closed the fridge door. No elevators so we had trek all our stuff from the parking lot up a hill & staircases. Very noisy...
