“The room is not as good as the picture shown. There is no sofa in the room and a chair instead. And the chair and desk is not match. The design of the electricity is not user-friendly as if I remove the room card, the sockets in the room will not work, and there is no on-off button for the lamp near the bed, you can only control the lamp by removing the card, so it is impossible for you to charge your phone after you close the lamp. First night is really uncomfortable as the bed sheet is not……

“地點很方便，往老城走路10分鐘。路上有超市，很方便買食材回來煮。公車站也很近，往各個地方都很方便。 房間不大，但該有的都有，有廚房洗衣機。櫃檯的服務人員親切，很推薦的住宿地點。”

“El hotel se encuentra algo alejado del centro aunque el autobús 5 te lleva en unos 20 minutos allí. El hotel está bien, habitación limpia, aunque necesita alguna reforma o actualización. No había enchufes en el baño, por ejemplo. El desayuno variado y abundante. Bien lugar para pasar unos días en Tallín”

“The apartment is great and in the old town!!Everything is clean and the office(reception) is close to the apartment, just fews minutes walk. The staff at the office is nice and helpful, although we forgot to tell them we will arrive there earlier than the check-in time, they helped us to get into the apartment as soon as possible. I really appreciate them, especially Liisi.”

“位置近郵輪碼頭，在舊城區旁，由郵輪碼頭步行約800呎便可到達。”

“1. 因為出行前扭傷右腳，本人到達酒店時仍然借助枴杖行走。但是酒店提供的位於一層的房間卻需要經過二層穿過整個酒店才能到達。當我發現後要求換房，卻沒有房間了。不過第二天酒店為我換了傷殘人房，非常好。 2.入住當天我們有一個同行的朋友打算更改行程，在塔林住一晚，在要求加床時卻被告知加床已全用完。而且第二天我的朋友就離開了。不過在離店時，酒店未經與我們核實，向我們收取了加床費用。不過在交涉後還是給我們返還了。 我對酒店整個印象很好，這兩個小問題解決的也還滿意。不過如果能避免發生就更好了”

“Very clean apartment with a large balcony in a perfect location for visiting Tallinn. The self check-in was easy and the host let us check in early. I would stay here again!”
