「We loved the sofa and wet bar area. Bed was comfortable and shower spacious with a good shower head. We had a small mishap in the morning. Breakfast was not ready as promised and after waiting 10 minutes we had to leave and get on the road. Later, I called the manager and he sincerely apologized and also gave me a partial refund. Kudos to Shayne! Not many will even own their mistake, but he went the extra mile to make it right. Thank you! We will be back!」

「Valet was great. Grind coffee barista was great but cashier was unfriendly. Food in sports bar was not good. 」

「A bit disappointed when I got into the room, as found the cups at plastic, there is no water boiler, no slippers, no toothbrush. The worst thing is, there is kind of caramel smell in some of the towels (I don't know where it came from, but not dare to use it). The wifi in room is not free, for US$9/day I rather get a SIM card, the LAN is not working. Anyway the breakfast and dinner I had is ok, but for business trip I won't stay here again as there are other choices near airport, I don't see...

「The room was clean but it was not clear that we could request a coffee pot and you need to have 2 chairs in the rooms. We only had one and we would have liked to sit together and watch TV when we took a break from the casino. It was our 51rst wedding anniversary and we would have liked to relax more.」

「I have chronic back pain and when I completed my drive I knew I was going to have a sleepless night. I woke up at 8:00pm PAINFREE! Best sleep I ever had! This will be my hotel to go to when I’m in town!」

「As a handicapped person it would be extremely convenient to have handicapped toilets and rails by them. This is the only complaint I have. But I will reconsider Drury next time I travel 」
