Spacious living room downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs. There is all you need to cook and wash. We ordered half pension, which is highly recommended. Great local food. The breakfast you cook yourself after a easy to follow instruction. I would love to come back for more than pone night. "

"We stayed at Kaya Villa in April 2015. Kaya Villa is a stand-alone cottage in Miyama village about 30 km northwest of Kyoto. Property manager picked us up at the local train station (Sonobe) and, at our request, stopped by the supermarket on the way there because we wanted to cook our own meals (there's no room service or restaurant in the village!). "町屋を改装した一棟貸しという変わった体験ができ、子供達も喜んでいました。3月にオープンしたばかりとかでトイレなども清潔で快適でした。朝食が近くのホテル、3人目からの布団は自分で敷くなど不便な面もありますが価格的には安い方だと思います。また利用したいと思います。"
