“Clean as always and easy to access”

“Clean rooms, a comfy bed, and a nice bathroom and mini-fridge. A huge breakfast spread that is constantly refilled until closing was a big plus. The drive to pull in isn't marked very clear and the neighborhood doesn't seem like the safest, but it had easy access to Kauffman and Arrowhead.”

“The breakfast closed early on Saturday when it was communicated to close at 10:30. The housekeeping staff repeatedly knocked on my door between 8:30 and 10:00. The last time the house keeper let her self in while the room was still occupied. She did not announce herself either time. The front desk told me that I would receive points for the inconvenience, but they did not provide me with a case number. Their excuse was a language barrier with the house keeper as the house keeper speaks very……

“Stayed here for one night for the World Cup Argentina vs Algeria game. The hotel is packed with football fans. The room is very spacious and comfortable. The staff was super helpful and friendly. I used the business center in the second floor after I checked out for a virtual meeting. It went smooth.”
