“This is my second time staying here. It's so convenient for layovers at the Denver Airport. This hotel is perfect for a layover, room is great, transportation is great but most of all the staff is wonderful. This time I left behind my ring and they were dutiful about finding it and communicating with me. I am very thankful. All the staff is great from the drivers, to the front desk and housecleaning. I will be back. Thanks!”

“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. Very simple breakfast, some food are empty but didn't promptly filled. 4. Next to the Peña station,……

“員工非常友善熱情，房間是木板不是地毯而且很乾淨，暖氣穩定不會忽冷忽熱。床也很乾淨，看得出來很用心在整理。唯一缺點就是我住了三天有一天早上沒熱水，還有淋浴的水量很小。在這氣溫零下的時候無法好好洗個熱水澡是很可惜的。”

“It's a simple and clean hotel in cheery creek, but it provides all the basic needs. Wifi reception is acceptable. Denver is navigated mainly by Uber for tourist. So it's not a problem as long as the place is not too far from the place you went. There is a few good restaurant nearby. No worry about food unless too late”
