「A very convenient location. Good and staff were great The bathroom sink and tub need changing out. Very hard to work with- and the tub is slippery」

「I like being able to park my motorbike outside the door. The room was comfortable but in the morning there was no hot water as other guests had probably used it all. It’s a nice property but the guests above me were stomping around on the floor from when they checked in until gone midnight which disturbed my sleep no end . however that is not the fault of the property but perhaps they could warn people to take their boots off when they go in the room.」

「Clean rooms, a kingbed room without adjoining door is a plus and parking was good. Front desk personnel could be more available and more movie channels could be available.」

「I'm first time in a hotel with a stove, dishwasher, full size fridge, dishes, utensils, etc. Amenities are within walking distance and downtown is a very short drive. The hotel was clean and well kept. The air conditioner was a little loud but the window open kept the room cool. The staff were helpful and professional」

「We were coming to stay in a hotel for a few nights in Thinder Bay for a wedding and came here, unsure of what to expect. The property is nice and new everything’s clean and the staff is so helpful. They even remembered my name! I would highly recommend staying here and it was great to have a full size fridge in our room. I would definitely stay here again!」
