“Room and furniture were old and bathroom tub was dirty. Towels were dirty. Room smelled like mildew. Entrance to hotel was horrible! ”

“The building is an older building, definitely doesn’t look like the pictures when picking a room. The room carpet, tubs and accessories are old and look like they haven’t been changed in years. The water was shut off while my wife was showering which only took a few minutes to be turned back on but was still annoyed with it. They also charge a parking fee which might be in the details but I didn’t see it when booking. ”

After settling in, the lights went out about an hour later, and the room phone didn’t work, so we had to go back to the front desk. We paid a significant amount for a five-night stay, and unfortunately, it did not meet expectations for a hotel rated over four stars. Upon arrival, one of the queen beds had what appeared to be dried blood and makeup stains on the comforter.
