“Nice anf and clean”

“Host was great, quick to answer any and qll questions. Only complaint, and its more personal than their fault. I like a soft bed, the beds there were very firm. But again, thats on me not them. Apartment was clean and stocked with basics.”

“The apartment space was nice and the area was convenient. There were a couple of dead roaches in yhe kitchen and 2 of the kitchen drawers would not open. The floors had not been cleaned. Our feet were dirty after walking barefoot in apartment. ”

“Clean but run down. Old carpet, refrigerator light broken and hanging by the wire. No gfci outlet in main bath. All outlets worn and didn’t hold plug. Just a lot more worn out. The smoke detector hung open and appeared broken”

“We attended the VATAT conference at the ABC Center. Your place was the perfect location; very clean; and very cool! We hope to stay there again next year for our conference. ”

“The apartment itself is quite upscale. My only problem with this property is that it is right at the edge of a somewhat sketchy neighborhood and I did not feel comfortable walking around the neighborhood. ”

“The location of the property is very centrally located. Not far from the beach. Unfortunately our neighbors fought all night long. Screaming, cussing, slamming things . They want you to wash your dishes here and take out all the trash,even though we paid hundreds of dollars for the cleaning they do after . They gave us one towel each for 5 days . So we had to use the Washateria down the street to wash towels since the property doesn’t have a washer. There is a cute coffee shop below.”
