"when I first got to the property, they told me my reservation had been cancelled. I was very upset. I was told to "hold on, while I ask my manager what to do" so the "manager" came over and told her to "rei-instate" the reservation. I was charged MORE for something that was not my fault. I tried to explain that that is not the price that I booked online. she didn't have anything to say about it. I also was not aware that I had to pay almost $20 A DAY for parking! That is NOT ON THE WEBSITE, and it needs to be. I was a little upset about that. I had come a LONG way to enjoy my vacation. which needleless to say I was very disappointed. I wanted a WATER VIEW room. I did get one HOWEVER it was NOT the room view I originally requested. Then when we get to the room there was STAINS all over the floor. Told the front desk and said that they would "take care of it" and it was NEVER TAKEN CARE OF!! So, we stayed on dirty stained floors for 3 DAYS!! Needless to say, I was VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED in my stay! So how are you going to compensate?"

"She gave us the basic room due to us booking thru Hotel.com , even though I told her my husband is disabled. No fridge, no microwave, no housekeeping for 2 days. We found a roach above our bed frame, mosquitoes and spider eggs in the bathroom. Front desk did not have a bug killer but offered an upstairs room having in mind the disability of my husband. We bought bug killer ourselves and sprayed. After the smell went away the air conditioner air smelled like urine. The property is bad. Dirty and there is cig butts all around. Trash cans are so dirty i was afraid to touch anything. Doors we dirty. I have booked before and they have been nice enough to accommodate my husband’s disability. I will try my best to book something more expensive if that is what it takes to get a better place."

"When we first arrived to the hotel to check in, we almost decided to go somewhere else, as when we pulled in their was at least 4-5 cop cars outside. My husband went inside to check in and overheard the situation and he said it wasnt anything too bad so we decided to stay. A few days went on and then we had CPS knocking at our hotel room door over said incident that happened the night we checked in🙃.other than all of that craziness our stay was okayish."
