“I want to thank everyone of the staff members in the reception area. They were all extremely helpful and made our first stay in a Best Western, extremely pleasant. I especially want to thank Zeke (apologies if I misspelled it), because he made me feel as if I was talking to a friend. He really helped with our initial early check-in and always greeted us with a smile throughout the week. The rooms were clean, the conplete breakfast was surprisingly unexpected and having Marty Mcpies downstairs……

“A great beach vacation, very clean and comfortable hotel, all staff were very friendly and professional service, 👍I would come back again🏝️ This hotel was definitely the right choice⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Room was very clean, the staff was helpful and friendly. However, the beachfront access was very dirty. I wish they would keep it clean and maintained. We had to walk far from the hotel to have beech access.”

“Truly depends what you pay and expect. Pool has seen better days and barely functions. Sauna is not useable. Rooms showing age for sure. Furniture beat up etc. BUT location and view are as good as it gets in corpus. Stayed here a few times and their pricing is always all over the place. Do not pay more than like 179 to stay here or you will be disappointed.”

“This is a brand new hotel and it is wonderful! All of the staff are so friendly and accommodating. We will DEFINITELY be back!”

“Was very dirty around the place all trash cans were overfill and nasty the rooms smelt like smoke there was a whole in the wall the base boards and curtains were so dirty”

“The condo was very uncomfortable. The sofa in the living room was very low to the floor when you sat on it you could actually feel the wood frame. There was no comfortable seating. The bed was old very soft. We woke up the first morning and found a dead cockroach by the bed. The floors were in terrible condition. The patio door was difficult to open because it was so rusty ”

“Our first night there the A/C wasn't working. They fixed the unit but I wasn't approved for a discount on that initial first night. The staff was phenomenal on making the stay comfortable after that. Everything was clean and well attained. They even had a list for attractions.”

“There was limited to no maintenance done. They claim to have complimentary breakfast but there was barely any food provided and when it finished it was not replenished. The I booked was advertised as having a mini fridge and microwave, but what we got was a mini-mini fridge (tiny) and no microwave. They could not even provide an ice bucket to get ice. An finally, when checking out the manager refused to provide a receipt (either by email or printed copy). By far one of my worst stays at a hotel.”
