“Every thing was excellent”

“Very poor overall. They did not honor my reserved room. No service on towels, etc. for 3 days. I had to secure fresh towels myself. Minimal breakfast not as advertised best breakfast. No elevator. A lot of noise. Very expensive for lowest quality.”

“I was repeatedly prompted to complete online check-in for virtual key to room. Instructed to download app and supply required sensitive info. Arrived to property after 5:30pm to discover app process was redundant and I’d have to wait in line to check in at front desk, resulting in combined hour of my time wasted for check in. Room was pleasant and beds/bedding amazingly comfortable but shower had hairs on the wall tile. Sink very slow to drain and shower diverter from handheld to overhead non……

“Everything was more than amazing the property was clean & beautiful outside and in. All staff was super friendly amd helpful. So peaceful as well and super close to all the fun stuff and right on the beach willmdef be going back very soon!”

“The finish was bubbling up on the wall in the room I was staying in. The hall was very dirty and walls and floors had damage. The elevators aren’t working. The front desk did not have any toothpaste. The whole hotel had a slight smell to it.”

“The property was shady. The bathroom was dirty and was hair in the bath tub. The towels and pillows were dirty. Not worth the money that we paid. We were passing through and just needed a place to sleep for a few hours. When we brought up the dirty bathroom and they blamed humidity. The staff didn’t take my issue into consideration and had an attitude instead of trying to make things better.”

“Walking in overall it looked like a clean room. But once I started using the shower, towels had hair on them. Getting into bed I had to use a sleeping bag to sleep over it because there was hair on the bed. Please do a better job at making sure the towels and bedding don't show previously used guests.”

“We had a pleasant stay for four night as we were attending a family wedding. Location was great for all our activities and close to great restaurant options. All staff was great however the night we checked in the desk clerk could have been a bit more friendly and helpful. A little disappointed that a continental breakfast was not offered but upon night of arrival Andre was very kind and prepared a nice evening meal for us. Housekeeping on 5th floor was very attentive. One room had no issues……
