「Very friendly staff. I traveled with my 2 daughters and 1 of my friends/their friends daughter…staff was so nice to them sometimes kids are not treated so friendly at places/hotels. Bfast was awesome- tons of choices. Pool was nice. Only a few issues: 1 of the 2 elevators was out of service. So we often had to wait. And in the gulf the buildings are up on risers- so the elevator was a needed item from the get go. Also no spot to pull in and register or drop off luggage/ people in the parking...

When I was checking in, on a Thursday, and asked about breakfast I was informed that because they don't do much business on week days that they on serve breakfast on weekends. One of the reason I booked this place is because it stated that they had a breakfast, didn't state on certain days.
