“First time in a long time that everything including the food at the hotel resturaunt was good”

“The bathroom sink is very small and there is no place to put things. My toiletry bag can only be placed on the toilet seat. The water in the basin is either very cold or boiling. The bathing area is outrageous. The shower head is terrible and the water flow is small. Moreover, the bathing area does not have an enclosed bathtub or steps. As soon as I took a shower, water flowed into the bathroom and bedroom, and my shoes were soaked. The bed was very bad, and the pillows were uncomfortable and……

“Room and service are very good, but the network is not very good”

“ Try good location and services except the shuttle bus broke down when I landed then I found out I had to use other means to get to and from the hotel. In the future they should try to accommodate guests if the plans were in place. One option rent a van to maybe only the first day keep the promise of transportation. Leaving on would be fine with the Uber or Lyft option.”

“This hotel has an attractive aesthetic and is definitely the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. Every staff person was friendly and helpful. The parking garage was the only thing I would change. Overall a great place to stay. ”

“Hotel did not have reservation. No apology offered. Expedia resolved w hotel after 35 minutes on phone. Parking costs $46 but if you are not a hotel guest, you can book thru a provider for $13. So embassy suites fleeces their guests to the max. Happy hour and free breakfast appreciated. Suite appreciated.”

“Overall, happy with our stay, parking expensive but convenient. It seems like a relatively safe part of town, although there was a security guard sitting on the second floor outside the elevator all night for some reason. Guess that was reassuring but begs the question; why was he needed? Rooms average quiet, although one morning trying to sleep in and two cleaning ladies were literally shouting right outside of our door for 10 minutes, woke us up and they were making no attempt to show courtesy……

“We are a family of 5 and stayed herre for our DC trip. This place was clean and spacious. The complementary breakfast was awesome. And the coffee was way better than other hotels I've been at. We will be staying with this hotel whenever we travel around the country. Thank you!”
