「Staff cared very little for the needs of the guest. The AC in our room sounded like a lawn mower. It kept cycling on and off and didn't even cool the room. We reported this to the front desk and got 0 assistance. In addition, our room was never serviced. When we checked in, there was no information provided indicating that our room wouldn't be cleaned.
I would highly recommend staying somewhere else. We come to the area several times a year to visit family, but will select another hotel...

「Clean, modern room. 24/7 exercise room. Staff at check in was wonderful. I did not eat breakfast but went into the dining area right before breakfast end to use the toaster and the employee working in the kitchen was kind of rude to the other employee and her attitude in front of guests was not a good look for the hotel. Otherwise everything went great. I was only there for about 10 hours total. 」

「Rooms were immaculate. Had all the amenities we needed and then some. The beds were so comfortable. Breakfast every morning was excellent. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely will stay again. Highly recommend.」
