“The staff were GREAT to me and my friend and made our stay VERY comfortable! Our room was cheap and when our tv was messed up in the first room, they moved us to another room! Breakfast was great and FREE! Very quiet! My only cons were I wish the room in the pool were a little bit more clean but other than that! PERFECT!!!”

“Nice hotel pool is nice. Front desk was super friendly I believe at night they might have security guard. He was super friendly, even made sure every time to greet excellent only thing is that in the middle of the night my room was so hot and the air was not working properly, but I did not feel like having to call anyone so I just dealt with it. ”

“Breakfast snd the entire staff are terrific. For me, an excellent location. Front desk was wuick and responsive to our every request. We hated to leave. Almodt forgot ...great coffee service all day. If I had to change something it would probably be to add a door to the shower area rather than just a curtain. But I think that this particular hotel has many features that are beneficial for visitors with handicaps, including walk-in showers. So overall, Bravo!”

But the hotel has twice charged me the accommodation fees on my credit card for second time and did not solve the problem. They even provide me a billing details with the charge of credit card. I am confused. I do not believe this hotel and hotels.com. As they did not make me feel comfortable.Bad experience.”
