I didn't like that the Holiday Inn didn't even have a hotel room booked for me. The Holiday Inn claimed that this is an Expedia problem and not a Holiday Inn problem. I have tried to contact Expedia, but the virtual assistant keeps blocking me. I need to communicate with someone at Expedia to get a refund for this failure.

This facility was so under maintained, dirty, and smelled awful that we forfeited our room cost, packed our bags and left in the middle of the night and checked into another hotel nearby.

The only good thing about this hotel was the front desk agent Jaqueline. Carpets in the hallway and rooms were disgusting, we wouldn’t take our socks off. Room doors didn’t shut properly and didn’t align so you could see light through the frames. The curtains were water stained and had tape to cover the tips and tears. Bathroom shower door handle was missing on the inside so couldn’t shut it all the way. The refrigerator motor hummed all day/night. Stains on the inside of the top bedding comforter. Towels were old and paper thin. We had several rooms and all had issues. One bathroom door handle fell off.

The Property is centrally located which is very helpful. During our stay the housekeeping staff did not get to our room until after five. The next day we came back to our room around 6 and the room had not been touched . It was nice to have breakfast available but I would have like to have more variety. It was the same menu for the 3 days we were there. At times some items were not refilled as quickly as we would have liked. It would have been nice to have an ATM in the lobby. although there was a bar and restaurant on the property they didn't appear to be open.

The room was really large which was great to have room for your luggage and not have to worry about running into your stuff in the middle of the night. The lack of free breakfast buffet was a bummer but a good hotel room so no complaints.
