「I asked Belterra to give us a voucher since our daughter's golf tournanment for Saturday, 4/18 was canceled due to weather. I did not expect a refund. And she will play many tournaments here over the next several years. I did not receive a reply.
That just isn't good business...you took my money, I didn't stay there and not even a courtesy reply...thumbs down」

「It was clean as it’s fairly new. Beds were hard. The meat selection was cold on the breakfast bar. Nice waffle machines. Come on though $13 for a pint of ice cream is just price gouging. 」
