“The staff made the stay enjoyable. Friendly and helpful. I had left the lught in my car on all night and it wouldn't start. A young man that works for you gave me a jump start. Wvwryine was accommodating and the room was comfortable. ”

“The hotel is a few blocks from downtown. We had the luck of checking the room before booking, and so discovered the small room is really small. We paid extra for a room with balcony which was very nice (and normal size!). No elevator. Parking around the street.”

“The cabaña is brand new, well appointed and clean. It is set in a quiet, peaceful setting on the bank of a small river. The hosts are what set this accommodation apart. They are attentive but not intrusive and they went out of their way to make our stay great. We got a flat tire on our rental car and they helped to change it and got a replacement tire in town. Simply amazing. ”

“Spacious room, beautiful view of Lago Villarrica. Good breakfast, though a bit heavy on the carbs. Staff was helfpul, though most had limited English--Apple Translate definitely helped. Steep, long, narrow driveway from highway up to hotel was a little intimidating, but luckily we never encountered another vehicle on it. Very good value for the price. ”
