"⚠️ DO NOT BOOK — UNSAFE AND DECEPTIVE. Stayed 18–19 April 2026, booked a premium room for 3 adults via Expedia. Zero first-aid kit at a hotel with a swimming pool. My friend was bleeding from a cut on a sharp, broken pool tile — it took the hotel 40+ minutes to produce a cotton swab. If this had been a child or an elderly guest, the consequences could have been catastrophic. "Our stay was quite disappointing and did not match what we paid for. We booked 3 family rooms, but upon arrival, we were given standard rooms instead. When we contacted customer service, we were informed that the hotel only has 2 family rooms available. This raises a very basic question: if only 2 family rooms exist, why was the hotel allowed to accept a booking for 3 family rooms in the first place? Another major issue was that all our rooms were allocated on different floors. We were traveling...
