“Helpful staff via text (very convenient)”

“I’m going to start with what I liked. The arcade and free breakfast were great. Rooms were clean but need updating. At check in I was suppose to get a 2 queen bed room and was given a 2 full size. The beds were hard as a rock and I have bursitis in both hips and could barely roll over with 2 adults in a full size bed. Needless to say I had 2 sleepless nights. The pools were good but the outdoor pool closed way too early at 6pm. I would like to be reimbursed for the price difference of the queen……

“The staff ”

“This was a great spot for our family of 2 adults and 1 toddler. The room was on the smaller side but we had a private patio with a table and chairs that was a surprise perk that was great for after the toddler went to bed.”

“Clean, good location, but internet access was not available most of the time. Breakfast was continental and too crowded to use (and not enough healthy options) so we ended up going out for breakfast both days.”
