“The room is not as good as the picture shown. There is no sofa in the room and a chair instead. And the chair and desk is not match. The design of the electricity is not user-friendly as if I remove the room card, the sockets in the room will not work, and there is no on-off button for the lamp near the bed, you can only control the lamp by removing the card, so it is impossible for you to charge your phone after you close the lamp. First night is really uncomfortable as the bed sheet is not……

“We spent three nights at the hotel. Our room was bright, clean and comfortable. It was very good that you can close the windows and sleep in complete darkness. The room has good soundproofing. It was cleaned every day. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent. A lot of different food from cereals with milk to sausages and various salads. “1. 因為出行前扭傷右腳，本人到達酒店時仍然借助枴杖行走。但是酒店提供的位於一層的房間卻需要經過二層穿過整個酒店才能到達。當我發現後要求換房，卻沒有房間了。不過第二天酒店為我換了傷殘人房，非常好。 2.入住當天我們有一個同行的朋友打算更改行程，在塔林住一晚，在要求加床時卻被告知加床已全用完。而且第二天我的朋友就離開了。不過在離店時，酒店未經與我們核實，向我們收取了加床費用。不過在交涉後還是給我們返還了。 我對酒店整個印象很好，這兩個小問題解決的也還滿意。不過如果能避免發生就更好了”

“The apartment is great and in the old town!!Everything is clean and the office(reception) is close to the apartment, just fews minutes walk. The staff at the office is nice and helpful, although we forgot to tell them we will arrive there earlier than the check-in time, they helped us to get into the apartment as soon as possible. I really appreciate them, especially Liisi.”
