「I booked a room a week before our trip. Get to the hotel, only to be told by the hotel staff that there was a “glitch” in the system and the room we booked was no longer available. They said we could take the room they had or find another hotel. Since we had driven 4 hours and it was late, we took the room and slept on the floor. The staff was not helpful or apologetic for the situation. Terrible experience!」

「Nice property and clean room. Everything available and staff were ready to answer any questions. Only issue I had is with no non-slip pad in shower. Very slippery and at checkout I mentioned to staff. Would definitely stay here again.」
