“Choosing a good place through the Internet is very difficult and risky. But we are very happy that we were able to make a good memory of this choice in this trip. “Relaxing atmosphere, convenient location, a lovely property! Breakfasts were hearty and tasty. Host was very pleasant and attentive. Just an easy and great experience to enjoy when one is traveling. ”

“The ease of accessing and communications was very nice. The property had a nice comfy homey relaxing feeling. The hot tub was not functional and most windows did not open or close properly. The couch had broken legs in the game room and collapsed. All and all it was a nice stay considering the price.”

“We have stayed at Silver Tree and it’s absolutely wonderful! However on this visit, we booked with Expedia. We were not aware that the room we booked was 1 of 2 rooms not owned by Silver Tree. It was another 3rd party Vacation rental. So, beware, that if you book with Expedia, the hotel will not service or have anything to do with these rooms. It is all done through Taylor Made vacation’s. They only give you 1 key, no parking pass, and if you need any additional supplies for the room……

“No real issues. My only quibbles are that the shower ws a bit small, I'm a big guy with wide shoulders, so your mileage on this may vary. Also, my room was on the first floor facing the street, so any conversations on the street passed right through the walls/window, ”

“When we first walked in the property, we noticed a weird musky smell. The outside lights on the back deck did not work so we could not light the backyard up at night. The pool table downstairs is not what it appears the area is too small to actually use the pool table and the downstairs has a very creepy feel to it. The hot tub is the best part of this property. The master bedroom bed was comfy. The kitchen was nice. Definitely a nice community very quiet. ”

“Here are a couple or reasons I would not recommend this property. -Master Bath was not up to par. The water pressure was very weak and we could not shower when anyone was else was using water. The garden tub was not functional which was one of the reasons we selected this property. The hot water tank was not enough to accommodate 8 people. -The second floor guest bath, the toilet rocked when you sat on it, so much that mother in law felt a little unsafe when using it. -The microwave kept……

“The home was very nice. The beds were very squeaky and the leather furniture had dog hair all over it as if it wasn’t wiped off from previous guest. The booking was confusing due to 3rd party reservations. The communication via email was conflicting information about house entry and checkout times. The Taylor-Mead rep was very helpfully nice. Only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, only 2 dish towels and 1dish rag. The home is very spacious & inviting. The hot tub room is Awesome. The……
