“The bathroom doors are sliders providing no privacy. Parking lots were a mess after snow. Only one person clearing the lot. No maid service. Coffee maker in room broken and never sent replacement after requested. Phone also broken in room. Way overpriced for what you get.”

“ Shower felt like being power washed. No shelf or shower caddy for the shower so all items needed to be placed on the shower floor. The sliding door to the non-code compliant deck(railing is to low) was unlocked un-abled to be locked. Easy to walk to the neighboring decks. No-one at the front desk had to go through a process to finally get a number to call. It had snowed that morning and the gentleman before us had gotten stuck at the entry as it hadn't been plowed, and he had no service to……
