「The hotel is just next to railway station, airport shuttle bus just directly drop off next into it (although I used Uber). Restaurants & supermarket just around the hotel. Staff can speak good English, the staff Anna helped me to call the museum and make for the reservation. Even I had my Chernobyl tour in two days, they allowed me to storage my luggage in the hotel after I came back. I would recommend you to choose this hotel. 「Not close to most main attractions or places to venture to, but quite close to a metro station. Also, the street out front is a main thoroughfare for the Podil District. This and the low rate makes the property appealing. 」

「I’m staying in this hotel for the third time-it’s always enjoyable. The location is fantastic-just two minutes walking from Khreshatik, Tcum. The property is clean, the staff is welcoming and helpful. The only down side of the hotel-there is no elevator-it’s not easy with heave luggage, but the concierge lady was really nice and helped us to bring down the part of it. Thank you!! I will be back!」

「SO easy to communicate with and very kind people! The amenities were impressive, especially for the price and even a spider snuck into my bed because I think he likes the property, too :). 「I stayed in the Luxury Apartment. Worth the money. The cafe is excellent and they prepare good food right on property. There is a Silpo grocery store close by and all kinds of dining options in walking distance. Use the Kontraktova metro stop it’s easier. Ukrainian Starbucks is Aroma Kava. Grab a latte every time you go to and from the Metro. I’ll be staying at KONTRAKT every time I come to Kyiv. It’s quiet and the nightlife is ten minutes walk away if you really want to bogey.」
