SO easy to communicate with and very kind people! The amenities were impressive, especially for the price and even a spider snuck into my bed because I think he likes the property, too :). Amazing place to stay! Perfect location, great ammunitions, many places of interest, public transportation, great restaurants and brands for shopping are located around. As a bonus, it's a chance to stay in the historical old building. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

Pros: In all very good experience. Outstanding location means you can walk to a lot of places. In a nice historical building. Once you have telegram contact quite responsive to questions. Cons: just read carefully the check in instruction because it’s in a different location. Can be a bit of the walk with luggage. On a smaller side but I’m fine with it

If the location is of importance, then this is the property for you. Located close to the Globus Mall and a Metro Station there are so many attractions nearby. The Friendship of Nations Arch is a short walk away. There is just so much to see and do in this location. Unfortunately the apartment is quite poorly equipped with many items either missing or not working. The kitchen is very basic - no dinner plates (only bowls), no containers to warm food in the microwave, no dishwashing liquid (provided after asking for some), sink wouldn’t hold water to wash up, no towel to dry dishes. The bed mattress is quite uncomfortable and has no support. The two individual lounge chairs are wobbly and uncomfortable as is the low table between the chairs. There was a picture that had come off the wall above the bed and not re-hung (just left in lounge) The biggest negative for us was that there were nightly street karaoke performances almost immediately below the bedroom window. The amplified music was very disturbing and as the bedroom window didn’t seal correctly the sound leaked freely into the apartment. Khreschatyk St below is treated as a racetrack with extreme car and motorbike noise late into the night further disturbing sleep. On a positive side the management staff were friendly and tried to be helpful though there were clearly language issues as we don’t speak Ukrainian. We had great hope for our booking at this property but in its current condition we could not recommend it.

at midnight there was a water leak from the top neighbor I called the office to come and stop the leak I waited all night and no body showed till 10am next day and every time I call them they said somebody on it is way plus I left a week early I appreciate if you reimburse me for the week

Fantastisk lejlighed, lav service.

Det er en rigtig fed lejlighed med en helt fantastisk beliggenhed. Den har det man behøver og udsigten fra lejligheden er et kæmpe plus. Der er en del larm i weekenden, så husk ørepropper. Sengen var desværre meget ringe. Min største kritik er nok servicen. Da jeg rejste med min søster ønskede vi at have to separate dyner/ lagner, da dynen ikke var særlig stor. Dette nægtede de at give os, og fortalte de kun udbød en dobbelt dyne pr. lejlighed. Jeg spurgte om det var muligt at bare få et dynebetræk, men heller ikke dette måtte vi få. De skrev der var et tæppe til rådighed. Dette var dog et slidt gammelt meget varmt tæppe uden betræk. Det ønskede man jo ikke at sove med uden nogen former for betræk. Jeg endte derfor med at måtte sove med mit håndklæde. Så hvis du ikke rejser med en du ikke vil spoone med hele natten, så medbring din egen dyne. Vores lejlighed lå i gå afstand fra receptionen så dette var ikke noget problem. Problemet var at deres dørtelefon ikke virkede til receptionen, hvilket betød vi stod på gaden længe og ventede på at komme ind. Vi møder en som kan koden til døren så vi kan komme ind og fortæller receptionisten at deres dørtelefon ikke virker, hvortil hun svarer at det gør den og at vi ikke kunne finde ud af at bruge den. Hun var generelt meget lidt venlig. Når der var roomservice i lejligheden ordnede de heller ikke værelset ordenligt. De redte ikke senge osv. Når det er sagt, vil jeg dog stadig anbefalde stedet, for beliggenheden og udsigten var top.

Great value.

I was aware that reception is in a separate location so this was no problem. The apartment they accompanied me to was in a stellar location with many bars and restaurants. I had a top floor accommodation with great air conditioning, and right outside was a laundry area. Room was very clean and modern. I enjoyed the privacy of having an apartment rather than waking past a receptionist every time I came back. Staff were very helpful - I locked myself out of my room after midnight and they promptly came to let me back in. They offer very cheap airport service which was less than half of what I paid a local taxi, so I recommend this. If I return to Kiev, I will be using them again.

kievin merkezinde ve bir otele göre çok daha konforlu ve güvenli bir konaklama sunan bir kiralık ev ajansı aslında burası. merkezi konumdaki apartmanlardan belirli yerleri dekore ederek güzel bir tatil imkanı sunuyorlar. kahvaltı olmaması büyük bir handikap değil zira 50 metre mesafede deniz mahsullerinden tutunda pizza ve hamburgere kadar yöresel lezzetlerin de bulunduğu bir tercih olanağına sahipsiniz. metroya yakınlığı yine önemli bir avantaj.

Very nice apartment and very nice personnel. There was an irritating other geast who left his alarm on and did not switch it off. I complained about it but without results. The accommodation was super.

Propre spacieux et bien placé

La chambre est idéalement localisée dans les quartiers chics de la ville. L'insonorisation de la chambre est un peu limite mais cela reste spacieux et propre. Il manque cependant un coffre de sécurité pour y déposer ses documents importants et/ou argent.

The place doesn't look like in the picture. First have to go to an office in a different location for check-in. The shower had a malfunction and I couldn't shower when I was there. The room was not clean and not in the best condition..

Good service and decor however some issues that could do with resolving: - Flat shower head broken -Dusty sofa and bed board -The sink drain was very smelly -Upon collecting/returning the keys, you can't contact the company as the intercom doesn't work!!

Excellent stay!

The hotel is so central - loved the area, everything was in great proximity. It is one of the most beautiful building in Kiev and i would stay there again for sure next time i visit. The only complain i have is the status of the mattress.
