“When we arrived at around 1pm, I asked front desk if we can check in earlier, they said no room available at the moment, told me to come back at around 2.30pm, so we came back at 2.30pm, they said they’re still cleaning the room, told us either waiting at the lobby or they contacted us when the room is ready, so we chose wait at the lobby. Eventually we only can check in at 3.30pm, they even didn’t apologize for the delay. Also they only provides valet parking for $25, actually we managed to……

“We visited Capitola for our 20th anniversary and this hotel is the perfect place. It is in the center of Capitola. Everything is walking distance. It’s a beautiful piece of property in the heart of Capitola. One of my favorite parts of this was in the evening, there’s a side patio garden with fire pits and comfortable chairs and we were able to sit out there and drink tea, drinks and hang out.
