"The hotel is well located, with a nice view of the yacht pier, the city’s main bridge and the skyline. The breakfast was good, and the reception staff were welcoming and informative, but unfortunately the bedroom was very dirty, with hairs and broken glass pieces on the beds and floor (we took pictures). We’ve requested them to get it cleaned up properly, but all they did was remove the broken glasses pieces from the bed, not even changed the dirty bed linen, and so this was highly...

"Check in/out process was easy and quick, amenities were good, room was tidy and breakfast was ok. Only stayed for 1 night so can’t really provide a more detailed review but all things considered it’s a great place to stay for the price, especially for the location, literally in the heart of Florianópolis. "

"I checked in close to midnight and immediately noticed that the sheets and pillows were dirty and covered in hair. We requested a room change, but the second room was even worse, with broken items and very poor cleanliness. At that hour, we didn’t have time or energy to keep switching rooms, so we stayed. Overall, it was an absolute disaster and extremely disappointing, especially considering the price paid in Brazilian currency. I would not recommend this hotel."

"the place is great but as a foreigner you may get double cahrged without the ability for refund, and you may need to talk to the chat for hours even though a man is there. very dumb management system."

"This place is great if you want to stay a few nights. However if you have a long stay they charge extra for a cleaning and for extra towels. Not like regular hotels. But other than that the room is spacious the view is pleasant, it has a small kitchen which is great for breakfast and a market right outside. The location is great and the access is very easy. I would stay there again."
