「Always comfortable 」

「I had a great time at this hotel. I particularly loved the location, the staff, the cleanliness, the comfort of the room!」

「AVOID AT ALL COST; The room is generally clean and spacious and well equipped, however the lack of table is rather inconvenient, and it is very noisy with street traffic and pedestrians even on weekday nights, and seagulls are super noisy during dawn. Also weird that the upper part of the toilet window cannot be closed. I was "fortunate" enough to be in town and staying at this hotel while load shedding (i.e. adhoc power outage) happened and the staff didn't bother to inform this to myself...

「I loved the views, the place was nice, private, quiet. What was challenging was communicating through Expedia, and the property management could not help unless you went through Expedia. Was frustrating and cost an extra day. T」

「The check-in process was frustrating. Guests are required to sit outside locked doors while wait for checkin at 3pm CAT. The reservations team is supposed to send guest’s registration link and access QR code but they refuse to send it before time because their checkin time is 3pm. I was there at 11am and had to wait outside the front door while waiting for access and was with other guests who experienced the same infuriating service.
