“The front desk and entrance have a lodge feel. The room was fantastic. Living room/kitchen area has a stove/fridge/freezer with ice maker/dishwasher. It’s like a small apartment. Breakfast had many options. ”

“I made a mistake in my reservation, Hotels.com was not as cooperative as I would have liked, the were standing by company policy and wouldn’t budge. I worked with the hotel and Judy at the front desk was amazing, ensuring we were able to stay another night at the rate paid the 1st night. She was so friendly and cooperative, it helped me to realize how different it is when speaking with a kind and sweet individual, instead of communicating with a chat bot. ”

“Stayed 12 nights on business. Room was fine, had the usual amenities: tv, hair dryer, ironing board, mini fridge & coffee making facilities. They clean the rooms every other day but missed my room one day and my colleague’s on a different day, which only really mattered because we needed clean towels. TVs on my floor were upgraded in the middle of my stay. Towels supplied in different sizes on different days and sometimes the supposed bath towels weren’t big enough for an average sized adult -……
