“Over all it was good. I only scored a 3 on condition because the entry light only flickered, the toilet kept running and the tub didnt have safety strips. A lot had been upgraded and looked nice. I reported the light and toilet.”

“Nice lodging! Very clean and affordable. Nice green space behind the motel. Close to coffee shops in Alton. Well maintained and managed. Next time you plant trees or shrubs onsite, I suggest planting natives for drought resistance and shade! ”

“We really enjoyed our evening away at Green Tree Inn! We were coming down south for car show in Alton but we were looking for a unique place to stay close by and Green Tree exceeded our expectations. The owners are a delight. Room was comfortable and classy. Breakfast and afternoon treat was delicious. Felt like a home away from home. If we have the opportunity to come back we deffinitely will. ”

“We stayed at the Rustic Main and the location was perfect for us to enjoy the nightlife of Grafton. Cottage was very clean and the bed was actually comfortable. Will definitely be staying here again!”

“We reserved a nonsmoking room and they put us in a smoking room. Thankfully they switched us the next day. Our new room was comfortable but there was mold in the bathroom and noticeable water damage throughout the room. Beautiful property and affordable prices but I will not stay there again. The staff was pleasant other than the young gentleman at the front desk.”
