“First of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. This was our first time staying at a Hyatt as we usually are loyal to a competitor. We were assigned a top floor room where a group of young people were also staying in several rooms. They have a quite a party up there at the expense of everyone on the floor. The odor from the drugs they were smoking leaked into our room and we all woke up with headache from it. Despite several visits from hotel staff their party continued until the……

“Staff was friendly, but had to wait long periods to talk to someone at the front desk on multiple occasions. Not sure where they were, but no where close to the desk.”

“The courtyard was fantastic. Good drinks and food. Staff was awesome. I was sick during the week and I texted and asked if they had an over the counter med, they did and staff delivered to my room. Actually loved being able to text questions.”

“Negative part: the room was somewhat noisy because of the air conditioning and because of the noise outside. Otherwise the room was quite pleasant. Positive: all the staff members were very nice, vey helpful. The breakfast was a real breakfast and we could actually eat in real plates using real ustensils; something rare in many american hotels, even 4 stars. Also it is very well positioned. Would recommend ”

“First of all, I arrived at around 8:00pm, the woman at checkin table was not nice at all. Not patient, not friendly. I don’t know if you have trained your staff to be professional. Second, on the third day of my stay, the room cleaning service came, but I was still in the room so she couldn't clean it. After a while, I told the front desk about it when I went out. Hope to clean my room when we were out. The front desk said they would follow up, but when I came back in the evening, I found that……
