“Location location location is the value here. The property and my room were fine (despite all the terrible reviews) unless you’re seeking the bougie Aspen experience. This is a budget hotel by Aspen standards - and you get budget lodging. A room with some dated furniture, an adequate bed, a hot shower, and a TV. But - it’s probably a 100 yard walk to the slopes where it’s a short easy ski down to the Village Express chair. Snowmass Mall is equally close, as was parking. This is the best ski-in……

“Top of the Village is a nice slope side condominium complex. As the name implies, it sits at the top of Snowmass Village. The rooms are spacious and well appointed/maintained. The views of the beautiful Snowmass ski resort are plentiful. I’ve stayed at several properties in Snowmass Village, and this one ranks amongst the best. The property is quiet and has a great pool/hot tub. If staying there in the summer/fall, the Mtn/road biking options are many, and start right outside your front……

“Property is well equipped. The kitchen and room are spacious and two bathrooms are very convenient. It is a bit out-dated and carpet has smell. But we enjoyed our stay at the beautiful Aspen area. ”

“It was great for our need which was a place to sleep when we visited the surrounding areas.Good value. Area is nice. Bed was very hard and parking can be difficult if you have more than 1 car (we didn’t) since you only get 1 assigned parking. We visited during summer and there is no air conditioning in the unit but we left the windows open and it was fine (outside temp at night was 50 in June not sure what it would have been in August)”

“Spacious room. Functionality and decor are perfect. Kyle and Courtney are great as far as staff goes. On to the bad: Maintenance staff roams from room to room without consent when we requested an a/c shut off due to cold temperatures outoors, housekeeping shows up unannounced and you can hear loud plumbing through the ceiling and there is no on/off button to control the a/c and heat temperature, which is odd. You will need to call Maintenance Staff.”

“The condo was fantastic. We had an initial problem since the unit we got was very different than the one on the site. This was corrected after one night. It is very spacious in an excellent location. Beds were very comfortable. Will definitely stay here again. ”
