“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3. Very simple breakfast, some food are empty but didn't promptly filled. 4. Next to the Peña station,……

“My family and I recently stayed at this property for two nights on a vacation to Colorado. I had stayed here myself two years ago and had enjoyed my stay then. The room was nice and clean. The continental breakfast was good, and it was across the street from a shopping mall, so there were walkable areas adjacent to the property. The only downside to our stay was that the wi-fi and satellite tv were very spotty and would freeze up frequently. Other than that, I recommend this property for……
