「Room was clean and amenities good」

「地下客房工程進行中仍出租，客房窗簾被拆走，只能勉強用釘掛上，地下浴室花曬及水龍頭沒有水，只能使用一樓沐浴 客廳梳化下有垃圾，整體清潔度一般」

「Good location, in a 3-minute walking distance from the village and the central lift. The condo hround level was roomier than on the photos. The place is very well equipped and very clean. Good comfortable beds with nice sheets. The whole place was nice, comfortable, warm and quiet. Everything was as advertized or better.」

「Good location and decent accommodation. Problem with loud noises coming from other units (above and beside), so difficult to sleep.」

「The unit is nice for a family. It’s comfortable. The location is fine. A couple of comments to improve the service: The kitchen utensils and other stuff we not clean. Particularly forks and knives had to be washed before we used them. The drawers have crumbs or something else. Also, we had questions about the facilities but we could not reach the administrators the day before or the day of our arrival The phones are not answered and the AI help does not work. 」

「Check in was not good for a same day rental. Check in was supposed to be any time after 4:00 PM. I did not receive a "how to check in" message by 6:30 PM when I arrived. It was dark already. The auto-attendant at the reservation confirmation "Help" phone number said that it was after hours and the office was unmanned... but I could send a text. The number to text to was said quickly and only once. I had to call again and go through the voice maze twice to get that number. After sending a...
