「I was not given the room I had reserved 2 months in advance(reserved Feb 8, check-in the April 22nd, checkout April 26th). The room we were given was absolutely filthy. Dust, crumbs and garbage under both beds as well as the frames/boxsprings being broken. Gatherings of hair and food crumbs in the coners and along the walls. Ramen noodles and silly string behind the main door. Soda spray on the wall and light fixture above the sink. Stuff leaking out from the exposed side of the extremely loud...

「Property was run down. Missing cushion in the couch, elevators not working, leak in the pool, fixing ceiling during busy weekend stay. Rooms were not cleaned well before check in.」

「Arrived at the hotel and people outside searching for cigarette butts on the ground. Check in process was fine and then walked into the room only for it to smell very strongly like someone was smoking weed in the room. Asked to change to a different room but was told none was available so we left after that. They did say they would refund the pre authorization for the stay.」

「Room and hotel was clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My 3 big boys had a blast at the water park and arcade. Breakfast was good. My only complaint would be they couldn’t keep the breakfast stocked. But overall was a great weekend, we would stay there again! 」
