“By the time you check in and get dinner and stuff the pool closes before you get time to go to it. Same with the next morning if you are only there a night and you have kids don't plan on swimming you have to check out before it opens. I had a pull our couch and no linens in the room For it. Front desk said you will have to come to tge front desk to get stuff, I went and they didn't even have a pillow for on th. e bed. Tgey also had 2 wash cloths and 4 towels for 5 people in my room (it skeeps……

“Avoid this hotel at all costs!! We reserved two rooms for two nights. BOTH ROOMS were filthy. There was pubic hairs on the one bed. Some other kinda hair on the others. I called and asked for beds to be CHANGED. They came in and brushed the hairs off, turned over the pillows and moved on to the other room. We had six kids. It’s sad when none wanted to stay there. The bathtub was dirty. Elevator said it was on floor 82? There isn’t 82 floors. The stairs were scary and dark with emergency tags……

“Didn’t use the amenities. I believe the employee that check is in was Tanya! Super pleasant and very helpful. Only complaint is the bathroom was a little small. Had to shut the door to use the toilet. Other than that it was super clean. And location was great! Oh! And 1 complaint! We waited for an hour for housekeeping, they didn’t come. We had to leave and left the do not disturb on the door. When we returned the items we were waiting for were on the bed.”

“The room was very clean and the staff was helpful. The breakfast was good and a lot of variety. We didn't have time to use the pool or the workout room or the hot tub, if there was one. But they look clean as well. We would stay there again without a doubt. Love that it's no smoking no pets.”

“Very nice hotel, the breakfast, particularly the omelets were delicious. Room was nice, only minor issues. The bathroom was showing rust on the exhaust fan and the bathroom ceiling had what looked like little water damage paint bubbles. Overall, great hotel with plenty of amenities and great location with plenty of restaurants.”

“Loved everything about our stay. The room was so nice and spacious. The only downside was that the outdoor pool water was literally freezing (it was June) and the indoor pool was out of service. The kids still made the best of it though.”

“This was our third stay at this property, and the first under the new name (it was formerly the Pine Knolls Shore Inn). I didn’t see anything really different except for the parking fee of $20 per day. The balcony was very small, and the bathroom faucet looked as if an amateur had replaced it with a whole tube of caulk. But, because I waited too late to book reservations, they were the only facility that offered an ocean view.”

“Very nice facility. The staff was exceptional! Nice breakfast. Gravy and biscuits would have made it better. Lunch and dinner menu was limited but food was very good. Views are limited for some rooms. Did I mention, the staff was amazing!”
