“Very dirty room, old food and wrappers all over the floor. Betting incomplete. Staff surprised by the issue and minimally interested in helping.”

“Breakfast was out of some food by 0830 and no regular coffee. Televisions had few channels.”

“Very nice hotel, the breakfast, particularly the omelets were delicious. Room was nice, only minor issues. The bathroom was showing rust on the exhaust fan and the bathroom ceiling had what looked like little water damage paint bubbles. Overall, great hotel with plenty of amenities and great location with plenty of restaurants.”

“Loved everything about our stay. The room was so nice and spacious. The only downside was that the outdoor pool water was literally freezing (it was June) and the indoor pool was out of service. The kids still made the best of it though.”

“I booked a Oceanfront Room Suite with a King bed. When we arrived, first the room was very small, don't let the pictures fool you. Second, the bed was not a Kind, it is a Queen. When I called down to the front desk, they told me all oceanfront rooms are queens. Not sure, but the seems like false advertising. Very disappointing. The rooms are a bit dated, with dated furniture, no closet, only an armoire. That being said, the hotel was very nice, nice pools and small bar outside. Nice indoor……
