“退房時要求再支付總共40歐元的稅，我預訂時已繳付了稅項，但酒店説不夠。最終又再支付了總共40歐元（共5晚）的稅。 這點事先一直聼說過，讓人非常不爽”

“advantages: location is ok, 10 miutes away from the nearest subway station, and then 2 stops away from Termini station; breakfast is not plenty but the quality is good, nice milk and bread. disadvantages: shower is not good, even you set the angle of tap, the water is till suddenly hot or cold, and the flow is small, i had to wash my hair in basin.”

“Love staying here ! Really comfortable and convenience. I had already stayed here for 4 night, due to flight change I needed one more stay. And I chose the same. :) I highly recommend. You can reach most magnificent sites and churches in walking distance. That was the reason I chose this hotel,turned out it satisfied me futher than just their perfect location ,but also their warmness and very comfortable ,classic and elegant atmosphere. Feeling great to make a right choice that I could enjoy……

“Het hotel was uitstekend , service was heel goed. Elke dag werd de kamer gepoetst en alles ververst. Het ontbijt was typisch Italiaans , was goed maar niet onze stijl . Het enigste minpunt was de afstand tot het centrum maar dat wisten we.Vervoer vlakbij het hotel. Het hotel is een aanrader 8,5/10”

“這間旅館規定，只要出門，房門鑰匙要交給櫃檯再離開。 ———————————————————————————————————— 狀況一： 1月30日晚上，當我們夫妻倆在房間休息、聊天時，響起敲門聲，我老婆回了一聲，但房門馬上被打開（五秒內） 門口站著一位女性員工，她說因為外面下雨，所以要進來看看窗戶有沒有關好...... 這真是令人傻眼！ 幸好因為天冷，所以我們夫妻身上還穿著貼身的衛生衣褲，……

“The worst hotel experience I ever had. I requested for another room but another room was exactly the same, it is horrible. Unbearable bathroom - the rusty shower was broken, I couldn’t clean my body well for three days. Since you didn’t have the key and needed to ring the the bell in order to get in the door. One nights I kept knocking and calling the phone lasted 20 mins out the door at 12am and no one was on the front desk. I just stood out there and nothing more I could do. Every one……
