“Older property but very nice for a short stay ”

“We had a weekend stay following a cruise. It was perfect. Right across from the beach and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The staff was friendly and capable. They arranged a taxi for us to the airport in Rome. Perfect”

“My first time to Italy, arrived from cruise port. I have no idea about geographic location of either the port, the hotel or even Rome. Turn out it is about 20 min from the port and 45 min from Rome. Hotel staffs are friendly and arranged taxi transportation from the port to the hotel. Hotel is next to the beach with private deck for Sun bathing. We spent a few afternoon at the bar enjoying my drink and ocean breeze. A perfect place for relaxation. ”

“Everything was good specially the breakfast. Very inviting neighborhood and staff very friendly. Just be careful about getting taxi , if you need it for specific time give yourself more time.”

“ The property was great. Would stay there again. The suites were worth the extra cost. Transportation was very limited. Took the local Bus to the train station to get into rome. 16 eur per person. Local resturant 2 blocks from hotel made the trip. Food was great and service was even better. Tony the host at Falcioni dal 1955 took care of us. ”

“Residence composto da mini appartamenti. Zona tranquilla ma sulla piazza quindi con un po' di servizi. A due passi dal lago e molto vicino a Roma. Da migliorare l'insonorizzazione ma tutto sommato consigliato per famiglie”
