“This hotel is lovely. Clean, modern, nicely appointed. Our rooms were large. The restaurant was fantastic - great food and decor. The included continental breakfast was very good. The location in Kingston was charming. There are just 3 things keeping me from giving a 5 star review: first, it was not clear to us when booking that the rooms are in several buildings 2 blocks apart, so we hauled all our luggage out, put it back in the car, and hauled it out again - in the rain. Second, the AC was……

Good shopping and dining options around although limited on operating hours. The Hotel restaurant is upscale and have a nice vibe but not the best for kids.”

“The location is excellent and the gardens are divine. Our only problem was the winding staircase to our upper floor room. Would not be a problem for younger people but my husband and i are in our 70s! We would stay again if we could be assured of a lower level room.”
