“modern apartment, with all facilities for a short stay. Comfortable beds, including the sofa bed although once opened it takes up practically the entire living area which is a bit small. There is the possibility of leaving your luggage in a paid locker located on the lower floors, which in our case was very useful both on arrival and departure to make the most of our days. Good cleaning, not top. Possibility of having breakfast in a bar attached to the accommodation but which we personally did……

“Eine echt tolle Unterkunft! Man 15-20 min fußläufig vom Strand entfernt. Auch die Stadt kann man fußläufig erreichen, wenn man gerne spazieren geht. Ich habe mir ein Fahrrad gemietet. Der Verleih war direkt nebenan und unkompliziert. Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt. Ich komme definitiv wieder! 😊”

“Habe die Unterkunft erst einen Tag vorher gebucht. Kommunikation bei Rückfragen im Vorfeld war top und ebenso vor Ort. Zimmer war sehr funktional, hätte aber etwas sauberer sein können. Leider fehlte die Tür im Bad. Für mich alleine und für eine Nacht okay, bei einem längeren Aufenthalt und vor allen Dingen mit einer zweiten Person nicht so toll. Dachterrassen waren top!”

“In the morning,we can't get the cold water from the counter or cafeteria,all we can have is hot water. there is no hot pot in the room and there is no convenient stores nearby.I tried to explain and ask the staff that we really need some cold water to drink but her attitude is harsh and firm.It's ridiculous to me. By the way,the location is far from the nord station!don't recommend.”

“The staff at Casa Bassa was super helpful and friendly. It is a Super clean hotel! We loved the 24 hour desk staff. Our adult children in Canada had called the hotel in advance and planned to have champagne delivered to our room and booked a sunset boat ride for us. (to celebrate our 40th etc). When we arrived at the hotel, there were red petals on our bed, candy, balloons, bathrobe and bath slippers in our room. It was such a nice surprise and when we talked to our family back home, they hadn’t……
