“host communication was spot on , new and clean and lots of space ”

“The property was very nice and relaxing. The one thing i didnt like at all was that i had to pack 6 bath towels and kitchen towels in my suitcase. That took up a lot of room and i think that towels should be included with the linens.”

“We were upgrade to the Paul Bunyan cabin It was very nice and had a great king bed in the upper loft The trails were great”

It is not part of Three Bears Resort like the listing states, you do not have access to the waterpark unless you want to pay extra. “Dogs welcome” means a dog as there is a 1 pet maximum and for $150 fee, which is also not disclosed on the listing and you find out in your confirmation email after booking. This property was also being booked through a vacation rental company (Evolve), which is also not disclosed until after you book. The owner of this property……
