「The woman at the desk was welcoming. And engaging as if to put me at ease or just to make me feel at home. Very pleasant. I liked that she inquired if I had a floor preference. And she placed me away from the others to ensure less disturbance from guest. The room was nice and clean. This was a pleasant and peaceful stay.」

「We had the corner suite king room. So nice and clean. Loved that it had a fridge and microwave. Location of hotel was great! Right between downtown Louisville and NuLu. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Great place to stay! 」

「We had an amazing experience at this hotel! The room was the perfect temp and very clean and well equipped for what we needed. The breakfast was superb and served with royalty by their only cook. Truly an A+ to the staff.」
